WHAT WILL I LEARN?

The training will include a dynamic mix of presentations, activities and discussions of Organizational Cognizance® Concepts, products and applications for business coaching. We will focus on how to facilitate the Organizational Cognizance® Model with your clients to extract the information out of your company to be able to build an Organizational Graph to replace the Org Chart.

WHAT ARE ONGOING COSTS/FEES?

In addition to the initial limited license and certification training cost, Organizational Cognizance® Certified Coach Monthly Membership renewal is $199. Monthly Membership includes use of Organizational Cognizance® Certified Coach Logo, limited license, marketing collateral, and access to the on-demand university course. As long as you want to teach the facilitations to your clients you need to maintain an Organizational Cognizance® Certified Coach Monthly Membership but you can cancel at any time.

HOW LONG IS THE CERTIFICATION Training?

Organizational Cognizance® Certification is a one-day session.

WHAT’S THE LOCATION?

Currently Certification Seminars are hosted live-virtual via zoom. We expect some Organizational Cognizance® Certification sessions to be held in Chapel Hill, NC at the Rizzo Conference Center in the near future. Occasionally, the seminar is held in other states based on demand.

DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TO STAY CERTIFIED?

Certified coaches are required to show activity in their markets and serving a minimum number of clients.

WHAT DO I GET FOR BEING CERTIFIED?

You will receive access to the full library of Organizational Cognizance® consultant support materials, giving you everything you need to serve your clients (internal or external) from day one. Once Certified, you have the ability to offer Organizational Cognizance® based goods and services to your clients and prospects.

HOW DO I PRICE MY SERVICES?

You are free to price your services in the way that makes the most sense for your particular business model. Most coaches are selling days, a typical Organizational Cognizance® minimum engagement is 3 days. Fractional HR firms are building the services into their top level offerings and retainers.

HOW DO YOU SELL Organizational Cognizance®?

Our most successful Certified Coaches use their backgrounds and expertise to serve their clients. They then integrate Organizational Cognizance® offerings into the solutions they offer to prospects and clients. Once Certified, you will have access to training and materials on how to generate leads and present Organizational Cognizance® to your prospects and clients. As a Certified Coach, you will be required to speak in your area 3 times a year using our prepared templates. Speaking is our proven process that drives you business.

DO YOU SEND LEADS TO YOUR CERTIFIED Coaches?

Certified Consultants are listed on OrganizationalCognizance.University for people who are seeking to work with a Certified Coach. Organizational Cognizance® does not guarantee leads to Certified Coaches.

DO I GET A CERTIFICATE?

You will receive a certificate along with specialized logos that can be used on your business cards, website, social media profiles and in other public profiles. You may also be able to submit verification of Certification seminar completion to professional accreditation bodies such as the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM)

AS A CERTIFIED Coach, WILL I RECEIVE A TERRITORY OR GUARANTEED CLIENT BASE?

No.

WHAT CONTACT WOULD Organizational Cognizance® University POTENTIALLY HAVE WITH MY CLIENTS?

If your clients call Organizational Cognizance® we will direct them to contact you for their needs. Additionally, your clients will not be directly marketed to by Organizational Cognizance®.  We do market actively and there may be times when we overlap with communication.
